We are in a race to get our carbon footprint down to zero, and many of us have a long ways to go. I came across this article, “How to shop for Carbon Offsets,” which looks at some of the challenges that colleges face in reducing carbon use. It notes that the real challenge is getting into the systems and operations, beyond just planting some trees and using hybrid cars.
