I caught this report Natural gas might not be what it’s fracked up to be, (By Eve Troeh, Marketplace, Tuesday, April 12, 2011), which talks about a new study that shows that the mining of natural gas may let off more greenhouse gases than just using coal. For quite a while, natural gas has been promoted as a cleaner fuel, but the extraction of natural gas complicates its use.
